Senior Connects is a proven method of teaching senior citizens basic computer and Internet skills in their own Independent Living Facility. Through the website, suggestions about how to get started and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) are answered. Senior Connects is a program for high school students, college students, and exceptional middle school students (those 13 years of age or older will be considered).

Create a national youth and senior citizens empowerment program that links Independent Living Facilities that have senior citizens interested in learning how to access the Internet with high school, college, and extraordinary middle school students. Specifically and as a community outreach program, students using the Senior Connects program will conduct their training inside Independent Living Facilities to maximize participation by those that are mobility-impaired or lack reliable transportation.
